I Turbotaxed 2019 returns, federal and state. I just received a letter from the state saying they changed my return and I owe an additonal $7786. What do I do next?

The refund amount changing could mean that your state adjusted your return based on information that they had that is different than what you reported. Generally, the state will send a letter notifying you of the changes.
