I think I dont need to File by Mail Instructions for your 2015 Florida Tax Return, but it is aking me...How do I change that?

The Florida return is only for owners of Florida-located businesses and rental real estate who have assets to report. 

Choose Skip State in the State Taxes section (see screenshot).
