I submitted my taxes by mail last year, but now need to refile, can I use Turbo Tax to do so?

Hi, I failed to include something on my taxes and need to refile for 2019, can I e-file / somehow submit an amendment for the previous year without problem? (I didn't e-file for 2019.)

To file an amended return, please follow the instructions here.

All amended returns must be filed via mail, you cannot submit an amended return via e-file.
