I still havnt received my state tax refund the Missouri web site says "Your tax return has been processed. Refund issue date: 2/4/2019"

we STILL haven't received our mo. tax refund & when I go to the dor.mo.gov/contact/ it says site not found

You would need to contact the state Department of Revenue for further assistance regarding this as TurboTax does not have any information regarding your refund once it has been submitted to the IRS or state.
