I still have not received my refund from 2019 taxes and have not relieved stimulus check. Can’t even talk to anyone from irs or turbo tax

I filed my taxex with yall in january. ..have not got my 686 dolar refund or stimulas check .whats the reason

I still haven't received my stimulus check. And i don't know why.
