Please explain what you mean? TurboTax doesn't have an actual copy of your W-2's. It only has the tax return and worksheets with the information from the W-2's that you entered.
Or are you saying you cannot find a 2019 Online return you started, and it's acting like it wants you to start one? In that case, you likely have multiple accounts and signed into the wrong one, and we can tell you how to find the right account.
