I spent a little over 4 hours doing my taxes, because I was trying to find where to apply for a refund advance. I've always gotten one. Why did it never allow me to?

I've done my taxes through TurboTax the past 4 years and always gotten an advance but for some reason there was no option for one this time and I'm not sure why but I needed it to pay my bills.
