I sent my taxes in the mail January 13th I didn’t get a tracking number or anything is there another way I can find out if my taxes were recieved?

Yes, use the Where's My Refund IRS website. The IRS asks you wait 4 weeks after you mail your return before looking up your refund at Where's My Refund?: http://www.irs.gov/Refunds/
