I sent a request to the irs for my 2016 transcript but havent got it yet and its been a little over a week how can i still e file

It takes about 5-10 days on average to receive your tax transcript from the IRS by mail.  So you should be getting them soon if that is how your requested that they be sent. If you ordered them to access your adjusted gross income you will need that first to e-file.
