I selected to mail my taxes. Before I put them in the mail I received a revised W2. Turbo Tax won't let me change my return. It wants me to submit an amended return.

Yes.  You should be able to dismiss the amendment.  Examine that page closely.  You used to have to say you were going to start an amendment first.
