I saved my info a couple weeks ago and now i cant seem to access it

Make sure you are logging into your account using the username and password not your email address associated with your account. (Turbo Tax generates new profiles when username is not used) If you did login using your username and could not find your saved info please use the links below to contact our Support team where they will be able to help you find your 2016 saved info.
