I requested a partial refund of the fee I paid TurboTax as I could not e file and Cust. Service could not help Have had no response from Turbo Taz

Are you using the Online version?  Why couldn't you efile or why did it reject?  We might be able to help you fix it and resend it.  Or did you print and mail it instead?
