I recvd a 2015 corrected 1099 DIV from ESPP acct. The amt in boxes 1a, 1b is $0.14 less than reported. The amt in box 3 is $0.14 more. Do I need to amend my tax return?

No! You do not need to file an amended return to report a $0.14 change in dividends.
