I received tax refund, but need to amend to add more income, so federal tax due & WI tax due shown on the top in turbotax are the amount of tax I need to pay after amend?

Yes, when you finished your amended return and it shows Federal and WI tax due then these are the amounts you need to pay with the amended returns.
