I received an email from Green Dot saying that my Green Dot card would arrive soon. Even though I wasn’t approved for the refund advance my refund would be loaded on the card. That was 5 days ago

You will need to reach out directly to card services regarding information regarding the  Turbo prepaid debit card email you received.
