I received an amended 1098T. I am a grad student whose fees are completely reimbursed and income too high for single to get any deduction. Should I still amend my taxes?

I have already amended my 1040 for 2024 due to an omitted 1099DIV. It is still in process and now to amend again for something there is no effect seems too much. Is it ok to not file amendment?

It depends. If the 1098-T will have less than $25 federal tax liability - you do not need to amend your return again.

I will have no liability for this amount, since this is fee paid to school. And my employer's W-2 states any perks/reimbursement given to me as an employee. Thank you so much for your reply.

If you will have no liability from the 1098-T, you do not have to amend.  It will be fine to leave it off.
