I received a w-2c but the only thing that changed was box 3, 4, 5 and 6. do i need to amend my return? when i input the new amounts in TT there is no refund or tax due.

There is no need to file the amended return if your tax is unchanged.  

However, you may wish to print a copy of the amended form and keep it with the W-2c in case the IRS writes you about the corrected W-2c in future.
