I received a partial refund and SBTPG got their money for fees. I’m now getting the remainder of my refund this week and im wondering will it go through SBTPG again?

From where are you expecting a "remainder" ?

A partial Federal refund?  Why did you get a partial amount?  If the IRS reduced your refund they will mail you a letter saying why.   If you are waiting for the state refund it comes directly from to state to you.
