I received a notice that the RCT-101 was not filed in 2015 for my single member LLC in PA. Why wasn't it filed and how do I get the form completed?

The PA RCT-101 is a return that businesses registered as limited liability companies (LLC) are to file yearly with the state of PA. I believe It is part of TurboTax Business software for PA state

https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

The RCT-101 return is not part of the the TurboTax Home & Business software product.

I"d suggest that you prepare your RCT-101 by pen & paper or use this:  http://www.revenue.pa.gov/FormsandPublications/FormsforBusinesses/Documents/Corporation%20Taxes/rct-...

Be sure to mark your 2015 RCT101 as final as the PA franchise tax and filing requirement ended with tax year 2015, see article:  http://www.revenue.pa.gov/GeneralTaxInformation/Tax%20Types%20and%20Information/Pages/Corporation%20...
