I received a notice CP12 amending my tax return for 2021. I did not receive the amended tax return. I have tried to contact the IRS with no results. How can I correct?

The IRS made the corrections for you. The CP12 notice is to let you know that the IRS made changes to correct a miscalculation on your return. The IRS will not send you an amended tax return. Please see this Help Article for more information regarding your CP12 notice.

How can I adjust my refund amount on my current tax return due to the CP12 notice from last year? My refund amount on TurboTax is incorrect.

If the IRS adjusted the return, the only way to correct it in Turbo Tax would be to follow the guide here and select to amend your return. If you select to mail it, you do not mail the return, however it would then save the updates in Turbo Tax for your records and next year's filing.
