I received a netspend card. When i called to ask about it i was told that it was going to be put on a greendot card. Help Please.

If you selected the prepaid card as your refund method. You would have received the Turbo Visa Prepaid Card which is affiliated with Green Dot Corporation. TurboTax did not send any Netspend cards this year. Once you have received your prepaid card, please activate it. This will allow your refund to deposit to the card once it has been processed.
