I received a letter to amend my 2014 taxes to include a 1095-A, I used TurboTax to amend the return but I don't know what to do next. Can someone help me?

I think I have to include the printed amended papers, along with the 1095-A, but I'm not sure if I need to include the old version of the 2014 taxes? I'm also not sure how to include the payment considering I need to set up payments as I now owe $300. Do I set up the payments on the IRS website before I mail it or wait until they receive it? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

You just need to print the amended papers, sign and date and attach the 1095-A and fax or mail those documents to the IRS contact information on the letter.

As far as a payment plan, I would set it up now to avoid additional penalties or interest. You can set that payment plan up online at : 

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/online-payment-agreement-application
