I received a letter from the IRS to submit my 2023 taxes. I completed them and TurbowTax submitted them on 04/14/2023 so why am I getting this notice?

I was inquiring about 2023 taxes so why are answers for 2021?

No one in this usr forum has access to your account or to your information.  TurboTax never knows if you have received a letter from the IRS.  TurboTax gets no information from the IRS (or your state) after you file your tax return.    You say that you received a letter from the IRS regarding your 2023 tax return.   Did you e-file that return successfully?   What does it say in your TurboTax account?   Does your account show that the return was "accepted"----or does it say something else, like "rejected," "printed," or "ready to mail?"   If it says anything other than accepted, then it it did not go to the IRS unless you put it in an envelope yourself and took it to a mailbox.   We cannot tell you why anything is citing 2021---again, we cannot see your e-mails, your account, or whatever answers you are seeing somewhere.

Did you mean you submitted them on 4/14/2024?  Because in April 2023 you would have filed your 2022 return.    If you efiled was it Accepted? When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile. Check back though your emails and spam/junk folder.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
