I received a letter from the CCA Division of taxation saying that they don’t have my city taxes filed for 2019 and filed my federal through turbo tax so I need help

They need me to file my city taxes and send the paper in showing that it’s filed so I just need the form

Your city taxes would not have been part of your federal return.  If you filed a state return then the city tax forms may have been available as an extra step in the state preparation.  But it is now too late for you to use TurboTax for any sort of 2019 return.  Your only proof that you paid your 2019 city tax would be your own bank or credit card records.   If you did not file or pay your 2019 city tax, then get the forms from the city and prepare them by hand and pay your tax due with whatever penalties they are charging you for.

And....do you still live in Ohio?  What did you do about your city taxes for the years since 2019?   Did you prepare those returns and pay your city taxes?   If not, you may be getting letters for those years as well.

Turbotax does not prepare any city taxes, except for New York City, Yonkers, and a few cities in Ohio that are part of a cooperative filing arrangement.  Otherwise, your city taxes are your responsibility.  It is usually a simple form, but you may of course need to copy certain items from your federal return.

If you filed with turbotax installed on your own computer, only you have copies, your return is not saved with Turbotax.  If you filed with Turbotax Online, log into your account, and follow these instructions.

You can also get a transcript from the IRS for free online, which is an electronic summary that contains all the information you would need.
