I received a Greendot check in the mail for my refund, I tried to cash it the check casher verified it but did not cash it. The check has now expired. I need it reissued

I have tried calling Turbor tax and Greendot bank but have not gotten anywhere, what is he process to getting a replacement check?

You must contact the issuer of the check ... no one here nor at TT can help with a bank issue.
