I received a delinquent tax notice from two years ago. I purchased TurboTax assurance that my tax filing was completed.

I am slammed with delinquent fee and other fees because of that discrepancy from the tax filing.

you can either handle this yourself if you didn't buy audit defense at the time or you can still notify them but there will be a fee.

The Audit Defense service is provided by TaxResources, Inc., also called TaxAudit.com, in partnership with TurboTax. If you paid for Audit Defense and received a notice, call TaxResources, Inc. at 877-829-9695, or report your notice on their website at http://intuit.taxaudit.com/. Do not contact the tax agency until you have spoken to TaxResources. They may contact them on your behalf.

as to Turbotax assurances -  if it made an error it's responsible for your penalties and interest but not the taxes you would have owed anyway. File a claim. It's also possible this is an IRS error. For example sending in an estimated tax payment by mail that is missing identifying info. the IRS keeps the money but the lack of info prevents it from being credited to your account. You should get a letter of explanation or can call them. Also, the difference should show up in your transcript for that year. You can access it on the IRS website. Creation of an account with ID.me is necessary unless you've done this previously.

How did you pay your tax due?   Your only proof that you paid would be your own bank or credit card record.   Did you e-file your return?  Was it accepted by the IRS?   Does your TT account show that the return was accepted?   Or does it say something else like "rejected," "ready to mail", or "printed?"

I did e-file and accepted by the IRS. I received nothing such as this from any other year just the 2022. Berkheimer as according to some people I know is a government contractor to collect tax sent me a Delinquent Tax Notice and says I owe hundreds of dollar and penalized me with some fees because of that.

If I was guaranteed which I paid extras to TurboTax and this happens, what should I do?

@shuandrew I noticed that you did not comment as to whether you have bank or credit card records showing that you paid your tax due.   Do you have such proof?

Berkheimer is a company that collects and administers local PA Taxes for many municipalities and school district through-out the state. They do not collect federal income taxes nor State Taxes.  TurboTax doesn't support or file Local, County or School District tax returns for the state of Pennsylvania.

Does turbo tax have a location to enter taxes that I pay to Pennsylvania, namely: Local, County and School?

Get your proof of having paid the tax due in hand and then tackle the job of sorting it out with the state---is it PA?
