I received a corrected W2 (haven't filed yet), and I would like to attach the W2C form when I e-file. Can I do this on TurboTax? Or do I need to send the W2C separately?

Yes -- you can include your W-2c information with your return using TurboTax, and you don't need to send your W-2c separately.

Please see the TurboTax FAQs below for more information.

@TurboTaxJohnW15 Thanks, but that was not my question. My question was specific to the W2C form itself, can I attach that form when I e-file? Reason for my asking is a coworker was contacted by the IRS because his wages were not consistent between his tax return and the W2 (old version) that the IRS received. I want to avoid that by attaching the W2C form when I e-file my tax returns, to ensure that the IRS indeed has my W2C.

I apologize, I misunderstood what you were getting at.  The W-2c form, itself, can't be attached to the eFiled return.  But when you edit the W-2c in TT, as described above, it'll reflect that it's a "corrected" W-2, which the IRS will associate with the W-2c.  Hope this eases your mind..

@TurboTaxJohnW15  thank you, that's helpful. No apologies needed. I wanted to add more words in my original question, but TT limits the # of characters so I had to be brief.
