I received a bill for tax prep & havent recieved my federal taxes yet.I had to verify my identity & did so successfully. The due date is when i receive it whats the deal?

When you agreed to deduct the fees from your refund, you agreed to the Refund Processing agreement. If your refund was reduced or your refund was delayed, you TurboTax.
