I received a 1099 DIV after I filed. I amended my return(s) and authorized the appropriate debit amounts from my bank account. Am I done or do I need to mail my forms in?

UPDATED FOR TAX YEAR 2019

You need to print out your amended return and mail it to the IRS.  The IRS does not support e-filing of amended returns.  Mail the return to the Internal Revenue Service Center for the place where you live -- the address should appear on the filing instructions when you print out your amended return.

Form 1040-X filing addresses can also be found in the instructions for Form 1040X  (page 20 - Where to File).

You will also need to include a check for any payments.  [If you are getting a refund, the IRS will mail you a check.]
