I received a 1098-T. Also received a refund?

I was planning to go take classes in a community college. I paid the tuition in full after registering, However, I received a full refund after I dropped all my classes. The 1098-T contained the entire amount that I initially paid. Should  I include this 1098-T in my taxes?

No, if you received a full refund for your educational expenses, you should not claim your 1098-T
