I received a 1095-B even though I'm self employed

My coverage is marked in box 8 on the 1095-B as D - Individual Market Insurance. I'm self employed and all of my premiums are paid out of pocket. I'm sure I should be able to deduct my premiums but my health insurance company says I have the right form.

You don't need the form to file your tax return. TurboTax will ask you questions about your health coverage but your 1095-B isn't needed. However, see below on where do I enter my health insurance premiums if I'm self-employed?
