I receive income on agricultural land in Romania, most is kept in a bank account there. I transferred a limited amount here. Do I declare the full amount for taxes here?

Yes, if you are a US Citizen or Resident Alien you are taxed on your worldwide income.  It makes no difference whether or not you transferred the money to the US or not.

Sorry, but where in TurboTax do I enter the incomes received a) from lease of agricultural land and b) from house / property sale, both in Romania - Thanks!
