I put the wrong number in my return for my routing number for my refund, but its already saying it was issued, how do i fix this?

You can't. You must wait for the bank behind that routing number to return your refund to the IRS (or Santa Barbara Tax Products Group if you had fees withheld from your refund); then the IRS (or SBTPG) will send you a paper check.
