I put my direct deposit but I received a check why is that?

You don't have my direct deposit information yet so what happened

@taraguerra1994 If you were issued a check after you filed and entered direct deposit information, you would need to reach out to the department that issued the check. Your account number or routing number could have been incorrect.

But what if the info is correct and I still got a a check

Then you have to ask the bank. Is your name on the bank account?
