I purchased Turbotax Delux for PC but was unable to file electronically, I paid for Efile but was unable to use it. How can I get my $25 refunded?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

What happened? If your return was rejected, you can go back in and fix the error and resubmit the efile.
