I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe, however there is an error on the Arizona State Tax that can't be edited. So I can't e-file. I want to cancel my order and be refunded.

I may need to visit an in person accountant. Therefore the Turbo Tax product is of no use to me currently.

Once paid the online fee is non refundable. The fee is for the use of the program to complete a return that can be filed even if you have to mail in the return ... there is no efile fee to be refunded.
