I purchased a qualifying Hybrid BMW X5 in 2022 with a rebate of $7,500. Turbo tax did not give me an option to file a form 8834 with my tax return to claim the rebate.

Energy-Efficient Vehicle and Charger credits are entered in the Deductions and Credits section, from the left menu.

2. Click Start or Revisit for Energy-Efficient Vehicles
