I purchased a download of Turbo Tax 2016 after I started online. I want to delete the online Turbo Tax return that I started.

To clear your work on your return follow these steps:

1. Sign into your account and select your current return

2. Select My Account in the top right and then select Clear and Start Over

This will clear out all the information you have entered.

To remove your login account you will need to contact a customer service phone agent using the link below:
