I printed my 2016 tax return. How much of it do i send? Its 161 pages.

Only the Form 1040/1040A/1040EZ and any forms and schedules that have an Attachment Sequence Number located in the upper right corner of the form or schedule are mailed to the IRS.  You do need to print or send the entire contents of the PDF to the IRS.

Do not forget to sign and date the tax return in the signature block of the Form 1040/1040A/1040EZ.
