I printed and checked my complete 2019 and I can't move forward

We're sorry, but your question is not clear. How can we help. What do you mean by not being able to move forward after you printed and checked your 2019 (tax return?).

Previously had  filed and selected to file federal and pay later. Received vouchers to pay federal on payment plan.  Set up Mississippi to draft from bank account. 

We are stuck at payment screen when we had already selected how to pay.  The screen requests whether we wish to charge to credit card or take out of refund and we are unable to move from that screen to file.

My efile return is ready to go but am held up by the payment screen.

This payment screen is not asking you how you want to pay your taxes due, but asking how you want to pay your TurboTax fees. Do you want to pay the fees using your refund or pay them with a debit/credit card?

Just to clarify, are you receiving an error message when you try to move forward on your tax return?
