I paid to use turbo tax but then decided to go to h&r block. How do I get my preparation fees back from turbo tax

This is mainly a public user community forum.   Any acccount-specific billing issues would need to be discussed by phone with TurboTax Support.

NOTE:  There are new extended hours, which are now yet updated in the FAQ below.

Hours are currently 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.

No, our unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee only applies to TurboTax CD/Download products.

Per our Terms of Service for TurboTax Online:

You may use the TurboTax Online software without charge up to the point you decide to print or electronically file your tax return. Printing or electronically filing your return reflects your satisfaction with software, at which time you will be required to pay or register for the Services.
