I paid to do a prior year of taxes and don’t need the product(2019), and I need a refund. How can I get that refund? Talked to a lady but it went nowhere

What year do you need to do?  Call in ask to exchange 2019 for the right year.

if you are seeking your 2019 refund and did not file your return (unextended) by 4/15/2023 or (extended) by 10/15/2023, it's been forfeited due to lack of timely filing.
