I paid taxes due amount to the irs at the time of filing using turbo tax but irs says they never received the payment and sent me a payment due notice?

How did you pay the taxes owed?  Did you mail a check with a Form 1040-V payment voucher to the IRS?  Or did you pay by direct debit from your bank account?  Or did you pay the taxes owed by credit card?

If you paid, do you have a cancelled check, a bank statement showing the payment to the IRS or a credit card statement showing the payment to the IRS?
