I paid IRS tax payment 1040-V & 1040-ES with checks. Checks were cashed by IRS. IRS sent me Form 1040-V and 1040-ES again. Should I write letter to IRS to explain?

Are they blank forms?  They are for Next year 2023 tax return if you want to use them.   They will send them every year now since you made estimated payments.  You can ignore them.

Oh and did you enter the 1040ES payments you sent in to get credit for them?

To enter Federal or State Estimated Taxes Paid, including a state estimated payment made in January for the prior year, go to

Federal on left or at top (Personal for Home & Business)

Deductions and Credits at top

Then scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

Estimated Taxes - click the start button

Check 1040 line 26 for them.
