I paid for the online version for filing, but haven't filed. I realized that I need to use the desktop version due to my tax situation. Can I be reimbursed and purchase the download version?

You will need to contact Customer Support for assistance with converting from the online version to the desktop version.  They can help with the cost adjustment. Here is the contact info:
