I paid for efile but could not use it, how do get a refund?

The TurboTax online editions do not have any e-file fees, federal or state.  The TurboTax online account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return.

You do not pay an extra fee to e-file when you use online TurboTax.  Your fee is the same whether you e-file or mail it in an envelope.
