I paid for a State Return, but could not file due to a duplicate error message. I ended up using snail mail to file. Where do I request a refund from Turbo Tax?

If you used online TurboTax, the fee is the same whether you e-file or mail the return in an envelope.  There will be no refund for that.

 

If you used the CD/download and paid the $25 state e-filing fee, you can seek a refund of the $25.

 

 

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
