I paid and submitted my return to file by mail and print it out, but there's an error and I haven't filed and I need to reopen my return. How do I reopen the return ?

Log in to your account and click on Add a State.   You do not really have to add a state return, but that will let you back in to the return to make changes.

Click the Add a State button your home page.
