Does your unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee also apply to the mobile app?

No, our unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee only applies to TurboTax CD/Download products which are installed on computers and laptops.

Per our Terms of Service for the mobile app:

You may use the Service without charge up to the point you decide to print or electronically file your tax return.

Your service charged me after saying that I could e-sign. Then after I paid it changed and said I could only file by mail giving me less than 24 hrs to send mail. I need this money refunded.

Sorry but again no ... the fee was for the use of the program to complete a return that can be filed even if you have to mail it in ... at no time is efiling guaranteed since TT has no control over the process.

I am forced to use social media and whatever means necessary to spread this msg. Your company tricked and robbed me of my hard earned money. I will be spreading this on social media with your company's info attached and will make sure that ppl know what you do

And you will look the fool since the program did not lie or decieve ... everyone pays for the use of the program before filing  in any fashion  and all the DIY programs on the market have the same policy.  Why would they let you file first before you pay ?  How would they ever get paid if you did not pay upfront ?     Intuit is a for profit company and if users never had to pay they would be out of business quickly.  Again nowhere is there any guarantee of efiling posted so there was no intent to defraud.

I am not a business and taking money from ppl who earned it . You clearly did not make this clear enough for someone to understand. I'm not concerned about looking like a fool however your company should be if it wanted to continue to have any sort of good reputation between the company and the ppl .

Did you buy the Desktop CD/Download program but end up using the Online web version by accident?
