I paid $25 for the 5 Day Early Bird Refund and I am still waiting for it

You will be waiting until the IRS starts to accept e-files and starts issuing refunds.  The IRS starts to accept/reject e-files on January 29.   That "5-day early" refund does not come until the IRS has actually processed and approved your refund and determined when they will issue it.
